Building the evidence layer for hospital handovers.

Brick turns building records into reviewed, traceable asset information. Teams can inspect the evidence, resolve documentation gaps and map accepted results into Autodesk Tandem.

Model the revenue

These are proposed commercial packages. The current review workspace runs in one browser; production shared workspaces, SSO and service commitments require further development. Tandem publishing requires a configured facility and explicit permission.

Financial snapshot

A synthetic October 2026 snapshot of 14 recurring customers, subscription revenue and operating economics.

All figures are data. MRR and ARR reflect recurring fees; one-time services are reported separately.

Subscription MRR / ARR
$14,486 / $173,832

10 Pro at $499, 3 Plus at $1,499 and 1 Enterprise at $4,999 per month. ARR annualizes MRR.

One-time pilot / service revenue
$12,000

Mock October setup fees from 3 facility onboarding projects at $4,000 each. Excluded from MRR and ARR.

Direct delivery costs / gross margin
$3,600 / 75.1%

Monthly subscription delivery: $900 hosting, $700 processing and $2,000 support. Gross profit: $10,886.

Monthly operating costs
$28,000

Engineering $18,000, sales $6,000 and administration $4,000. Excludes direct delivery costs.

Cash balance / net cash burn / runway
$240,000 / $17,114 / 14.0 months

Cash as of 17 October 2026. Recurring monthly inflow $14,486, outflow $31,600. Runway excludes one-time fees and new funding.

Fundraise target / committed funding
$750,000 / $0

Mock pre-seed target. Planned allocation: 60% engineering, 25% customer delivery and 15% sales. No commitments assumed.

Build a revenue scenario

Illustrative projections only. The starting month-12 mix is 10 Pro, 3 Plus and 1 Enterprise customer. This is neither current traction nor a company forecast.

Subscription assumptions

Each customer is one assumed billed account. The actual billing basis is still to be agreed. Enter 0 for a tier with no customers; a blank means unknown. Only include recurring fees.

Delivery and operating costs

Use monthly costs for the same scenario. Direct costs cover delivery; operating costs exclude those direct costs.

Cash assumptions

Cash received is separate from revenue. Cash paid out includes all cash costs; costs above are not added again.

Inputs stay on this page, reset on reload and do not change the financial snapshot.

Revenue and cash are different. Only recurring subscription fees contribute to this MRR and ARR scenario.

How these calculations work
MRR and ARR
MRR = the sum of customers × monthly price across all three plans. ARR = MRR × 12. This annualizes a monthly run rate; it does not predict sales or include one-time pilot fees.
Gross margin
(MRR − monthly direct costs) ÷ MRR × 100. At zero MRR, a percentage margin is undefined. Monthly operating result subtracts direct costs and operating costs from MRR; it is not net income.
Cash burn and runway
Net cash burn = monthly cash paid out − monthly cash received. Runway = cash balance ÷ positive net cash burn, assuming it stays constant. At zero or negative burn, the model gives no depletion estimate.
What is excluded
Growth, churn, discounts, taxes, financing changes and future commitments are not modeled automatically. Enter net monthly subscription prices and all cash flows relevant to your scenario. Currency inputs are rounded to cents.

What comes next

Illustrative milestones for the next 12 months: reach 30 facilities, reduce onboarding to five days and validate renewal demand.

Mock $750,000 raise allocation: $450,000 engineering, $187,500 customer delivery and $112,500 sales.

Review economics

Track minutes per reviewed asset, accepted evidence links, coverage of required documents and the cost of onboarding. Compare against the same task completed manually.

Retention and expansion

Track subscription renewals, contract expansion and recurring revenue separately from one-time services. Retention and expansion targets are illustrative: 90% annual logo retention and 110% net revenue retention, with no measured cohort assumed.

Repeatable delivery

Measure direct cost per facility and support effort. Establish cohort retention, acquisition cost and payback as customer history becomes available.
